1.把红薯,紫薯放入锅中蒸熟

小窍门&温馨提示
⒈红薯的含水量不一样,所以粉可以根据情况进行调整,能成团就可以。
⒉全程一定要小火,比较容易上色。
⒊刚煎出锅的小饼,口感层次比较丰富,有层酥酥的外壳,但是放凉了也没有关系,小饼依然软糯。
